  My go-to FedEx drop-off location. I'm in and out in about five minutes, whether I'm shipping eBay sales or something as big as tires. The staff is the difference. They greet you when you walk in, they're cheerful, and you never feel like an inconvenience. There are usually about three people working, so even with someone ahead of you, you're helped right away. Easy access with plenty of parking, the store is clean, and it's rarely busy. At most one person in line ahead of you. If you have pre-printed FedEx labels and want a fast, friendly drop-off, this is the location. Five stars.

  Go to UPS, they lost my package even though they took a photo of where it was and wouldn’t go pick it up. No one helped for the claim process. Just told me to go online. Absolutely garbage company. Now I am out the package and the money I spent on it.

  I didn’t catch the names of the two gentlemen working on Friday, 5/15, at the end of the day, but they both went above and beyond helping me get overnight mail envelopes ready to be sent out same-day and made me feel like the only customer in the store, even when they were slammed with a large number of end-of-day customers. Wanted them to know they are very appreciated!! A 5+ star experience.
