  Incompetence, I don't know how FedEx could have fallen so far. Over the last 2 years they have damaged thousands of dollars on the business side and is so incompetent and lazy they can't look up shipping information or care to be of any help on the customer facing side. At this point Ive taken my personal business to dhl atleast they can look up information based on the tracking numbers... I'll gladly pay the premium to stay away from this place. UPS can't get right and apparently neither can FedEx. How can the dod logistics system be more efficient and offer better customer service than FedEx at this point. Blows my mind how much just 2 years changes a company.

  Super fast service and friendly staff! The access from the street was nice as well, several options for entry from either West St or Maple. They have plenty of services for both businesses and individuals.
