  I have been using cricket for over a decade and the other day when I came in for help, the customer service Estela provided to me was the first time I've received customer service that went above and beyond. You can tell she really cares about people and their experiences. I am very grateful for the help she provided me while helping me troubleshoot when my phone had stopped working. She really knows her products well and is very knowledgeable about past product information to help compare items. Will definitely be back to this location specifically for her assistance!
