The young women who was behind the counter was extremely rude rollin her eyes and everything. Then wouldn't even try and help me resolve the double payments that are being taken out of my account for the last three months by cricket

I am writing to express my frustration with the technical support service I recently received at your store. When seeking assistance, I engaged with your representatives, Jose and Luvin, who unfortunately refused to help us with the service we are paying for monthly. This experience was extremely disappointing and has caused considerable frustration. I believe this matter requires immediate attention to ensure that customers receive the support they are entitled to. I trust that you will look into this issue and take the necessary steps to improve the service quality. Thank you for your time and understanding. Sincerely, Ahmad
