  I am writing to express my frustration with the technical support service I recently received at your store. When seeking assistance, I engaged with your representatives, Jose and Luvin, who unfortunately refused to help us with the service we are paying for monthly. This experience was extremely disappointing and has caused considerable frustration. I believe this matter requires immediate attention to ensure that customers receive the support they are entitled to.
