  I recently purchased a battery for my Cadillac XT5 from Advance Auto Parts on N. West St. in Wichita. The employees were knowledgeable, patient and helped me choose correct AGM battery for my vehicle. Although they were unable to perform the installation themselves, they went out of their way to recommend another local company that could handle it properly. That kind of customer service is becoming rare. I appreciated that they focused on helping me getting the job done right instead of simply making it a sale. Very positive and refreshing experience overall.

  Jermaine and James were the sweetest and most helpful I’ve encountered at an auto parts store. They have the best customer service and patience and have great deals!! I went in with notes as to what I needed and they knew exactly how to help and got me what I needed

  Jose, the former parts guy was definitely the best part of this business, but I do still go there in his honor. I hope that you see this Jose LOL. And they had a great deal for an oil bundle so definitely five stars
