  I don’t know what happened to subway they used to be very good about making sure the order was correct. But now it feels like to get good customer service you have to be inside to order because now it’s almost guaranteed that someone’s sandwich is going to be messed up if I order online. I’m tired of my orders being messed up. I will say one good thing is they do have one or two employees that care and make sure your order is correct.

  My online order was alright, but a few things where wrong. I wanted a plain chocolate chip cookie and a double chocolate chip cookie. I wanted my meat, cheese, and veggies on my salad cut up, everything but the cheese was cut up. Worker did not look happy to see me, didn't get. There was a few customers and a couple of online orders. I had to ask for my bottled drink. Overall serivce could have been way better.
