  Yesterday I needed some copies and the very kind young man helped me ,even though he was extremely busy he was very patient with me I would recommend this place

  I used to love the UPS store in Topeka before they moved to their new location—they changed the opening time from 7:30am to 8am making it very inconvenient to drop off pre-labeled packages, they don’t have a drop box—and today when I tried to politely ask if there was any other place in town that I could drop off a pre-labeled package prior to 8am the clerk very snottily told me I could open a store myself.

  This place is a scam. It is not United Parcel Service or whatever UPS stands for now. I have used UPS at my address for over 40 years. Now the drivers will not deliver to my address. They lie about access conditions to my property. Claim no one was home. Not true. Snow and road conditions that do not exist . Their latest is requiring me to to pickup my package at the UPS store a 50 mile trip for me. The insult to injury was a $5 charge for picking it up. They told me all I needed was ID to pickup. More lies. Thank you lord for the person behind me that paid the fine.

  I'd give 0 stars if I could. This store has signs on the door that say "Open 7 days a week." And have hours listed for Sunday on the front door, yet they are actually closed on Sunday. Why post incorrect, misleading hours at your store?
