    I want to give a shout out to Natalia! I have food allergies and when I let her know, she went above & beyond to prevent cross contamination! Not only did she change her gloves prior to making my sandwich, she got a clean, unused knife, double paper, and made my sandwich from start to finish before handling any other food. I truly appreciate her care and attention to detail!

    My family and i ordered 4 footlong sandwiches on the app and paid in advance, upon arrival my sandwiches were behind the counter ready to go as usual. After a few minutes When I was not asked what I could be helped with I introduced myself and informed them I had an online order two associates not wearing name tags walked to my order acknowledge those were mine and then proceeded to deliver order out the drive thru window after two cars I asked again about my sandwiches, now I have received my sandwiches and am on my way home 27 minutes from the store. When arriving at home I found all 4 sandwiches were made incorrectly with no sauces like mayo and oil and pickles and sandwiches not being toasted. I called the store to see how this could be rectified and explained why, i was given the excuse that the tickets are hard to read. When I asked to speak to the manager I was then hung up on . I called back and got the manager who was no better than the last associate I just encountered. I will be Taking my loss and making sure to never return to this store again!!! If you have to go to a subway make it store 6020 at 29th and Wanamaker, they will treat you with the respect you deserve

    I usually get the Baja chicken wraps and I like to add banana peppers to them. However I was told I could not modify them. However they would allow me to take ingredients off but not add any.
