  The guy standing behind at the computer stood back there the entire time he was helping us. He needs to learn how to speak to his customers and respect EVERYONE who walks thru his doors during business hours! I have 25 years of customer retail experience and would never treat even my rudest customer how he treated me.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Every time I come to Felix, the staff are always so kind, patient, and willing to help me. I truly appreciate how welcoming and understanding they are, especially because English is not my first language. I previously went to another office Max and needed some help, but unfortunately, no one came to assist me and I felt like the staff were very cold and unhelpful. My experience at Felix was completely different. Everyone was warm, friendly, and genuinely willing to help me. Thank you so much for your patience and kindness. I really appreciate it and highly recommend Felix! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  I went there to mail a picture that my grandmother had made to my daughter while I was in town at my grandmother's funeral. Trevor was extremely helpful, he packaged the picture so perfectly that it made it to Tennessee with no problem. My daughter showed me all the packaging that he put in the box, you can tell he packaged it with care. I appreciate this so much!

  One gentleman working there opened the door for me and retrieved the heavy package from my arms! Wow, such awesome service! They were friendly too, talked to me like a neighbor.
