  The Carquest location in Topeka provides a high level of service. The guys there are always friendly. If they don't have what I am looking for in stock they are aggressive in finding it and getting it quickly. They are good at presenting options. In short, the employees at Carquest are a tribute to good customer service. Prices are competitive. Location is great on 21st Street between Gage and Fairlawn. Highly recommend.

  USED TO BE the best store in town....then they got bought by ADVANCE AUTO PARTS...now they suck! I ordered parts and paid for them...i asked if i need to call and check to see when they were in,....they said "NO, WE WILL CALL YOU WHEN THEY ARRIVE" ....i waited 3 days...no calls. I had to rent a car because it was taking so long to get the parts. I eventually drove by there only to find out the parts had arrived the next day and they forgot to call me. I spent over $100 on car rental because these clowns cant pick up a phone. I was pissed but i took it in stride. I even ordered parts for my wifes car which they said was at another store and it would take an hour to get them here. I drive all the way back there 1.5 hrs later...no parts....they said it would be another hour. I drove home and came back about 3 hours later and asked for my parts....still no parts. They said the other store didnt have them so they would need to order them. THATS IT.....im done with Car Quest / Advance Auto...went to NAPA, got the parts right then and there. UPDATE: Store hours, open til 6pm...called at 540...no answer. LAZY PEOPLE CANT EVEN WORK TIL CLOSE!
