The employees were extremely rude throwing out sandwiches together. The employee even put mustard on my daughter's sandwich when she only asked for mayonnaise. They wouldn't tell us why our order was so expensive they just said you can have the receipt and look for yourself. Honestly the worst experience at a subway we have ever had! We go to subway alot and never get treated the way we did at this location! And for the employee to put mustard on my daughter's sandwich when she did not ask for it was uncalled for. My daughter is young and shy so I usually speak for her (which is what I did to make her sandwich and I never said mustard) and when we got to the car my daughter said she put mustard on my sandwich I said you should of told me so I could of had them fix it since we do not live in this town and we're just stopping though to get a bite to eat. But we were out of town and not wanting to turn around because we had to be somewhere. I will be that karen when you act that way when you work in a customer service job and I will be posting this horrible experience on reviews!

Jessia and Brooklin are amazing workers! They are so friendly and fast and do not roll their eyes when I custom order! Yes, that has happened before but not with these two ladies. The place is always clean and smells yummy! Kudos to Jessia and Brooklin!

When we came in tonight, the worker was super hateful and mean, she definitely did not want to serve us. Everytime we come into this location the employees act like its such a burden to serve you. The food is really good and the building is nice and clean, it's truly just having to deal with the rude service that happens every time. We try not to come to this location due to the employees but in a pinch we deal with the rude employees for food later at night.
Parked in Handicapped spot so my disabled daughter didn't have to walk too far. After walking to the door by the disabled parking, we found it was locked. An employee inside waived us to the front door. I realize this is only an extra 50 feet or so but for disabled people this isn't always an easy task. When I asked the employees why the Handicapped door was locked, I was told that it's broke. If that's true, put a sign on the door to save disabled people the extra work.
After paying for my fresh brewed tea, the employee said, Oh, we haven't made tea yet... the resturant had been open over two hours at this point with at least three employees on duty.
