    I scheduled an appointment online for my wife and I to ger passport photos taken to renew our passports. I got a confirmation text at 3:45 am to confirm my appointment which I was not happy about. Got to the store and was told they do not do passport photos even though I scheduled it through their website. I was told to go to another UPS store they directed me to. Got my photos there but they do not do digital copies, which is what you need to renew online. A total waste of over an hour of drive time. UPS needs to get their acr together. It was not the fault of anyone working at either store.

    Forgot the suite number on a package I created a label for on the UPS website. When I went in with my package I realized this and asked if it could be added. The conversation when like this: Helpful Person: "I can't change it. If I had done it here I could." while giving me a blank stare. Me: "But I made it on the UPS website" Helpful Person: Very short and dead-inside response "We're a franchise" like this means something to me, the customer, that made it literally on their website. Me: "So nobody has ever had a wrong address" and she just continues to stare at me. Now I have to go back to their site which has an option to change the address but just continues to say it's not eligible. Finally had to void the shipment (which doesn't refund to your card but rather your UPS account so they have your money no matter what) so I could make this change. I'll be sure to avoid UPS going forward. Thanks.

    Isn’t UPS express envelope suppose to be free when you are paying express shipment service? This store refused to provide it and wanted to charge me
