Gentleman that waited on us had absolutely no personality or drive. Somewhat rude. It was only 7pm, hours on the door state open til 10 pm. Looked like they were cleaning up for the night. Out of black olives. He did not ask if we wanted our sandwiches toasted, just went ahead and toasted them. Very unpleasant experience. Should have driven further down the road to Firehouse Subs. Next time we will!!! If he wants to be that unpleasant to patrons he should not work there.
Paying over $15 for a dry ahh club sandwich. It took me a while to try and figure out how a sandwich supposedly with oil and vinegar was so damn dry. Then it hit me. No mayonnaise. I ordered a footlong club how it comes. I've NEVER heard of any cold sandwich NOT coming with mayo. Its ALWAYS the first thing you put on. Needless to say, it was quite unpalatable and almost gross without mayo and being so, so dry. I couldn't eat it. I could not physically break it down in my mouth. The employee stared at me when I said "standard dress, no tomatoes", too. They also shoved tipping in my face and like a dummy, I gave them 15%. So i basically threw $18 straight in the trash. This was the 1st time I've had Subway in a couple of decades, but it will be my last. Absolute rubbish.
A new guy while struggling to get me my sandwich two guys are just sitting on the side and watching him. not very helpful

Two associates were at the counter, a lady making a sandwich, a guy preparing bread to make. Neither greeted me or said anything for 2-3 minutes. Finally the gentleman, after he loaded up 6 racks of bread in the over, asked if it was an online order and then wanted my confirmation number, not just my name. Went to get my phone from the car when I came back in I was ignored again for nearly a minute then he asked for my confirmation number and then gave me my order. I had a protein pocket, it was a total mess with ingredients spilling out and rolled instead of made like a pocket (I've had these over a dozen times). No smile at all, like I was an inconvenience. But the store was very clean as a plus.
When you order from the guy who works in the morning, it feels less like placing an order and more like you’ve interrupted his very important mission to stare into the void. The only thing he’ll say—loudly and repeatedly—is “ANYTHING ELSE!?” as if he’s speedrunning customer interactions.
No smile, no small talk, just pure “let’s wrap this up immediately” energy.
To be fair, the sandwiches were good… but the experience felt like I owed him an apology for showing up. I try to avoid this location now, which is a shame because the food itself is solid.
