  On Friday August 14th I took a pkg to this location to have the label printed (I had generated it from my account). I had screenshotted the label and showed to employee. She said I can’t scan that you need to email it to us. While having problems making the email happen another ee came to desk. I had the ups site open to bar code which LITERALLY said below it “take this to UPS Store to scan and print label”. They wouldn’t even attempt it, just claimed it wouldn’t work even though I’ve dropped off packages having that same type code scanned. Don’t know what their problem was, lack of training, trying to pain in the rear, etc? This is why I try to USPS whenever possible. UPDATE: Store owner / manager replied that they are unable to scan codes from phone & print label. So WHAT changed? I've always been able to drop off packages & have them print a label scanning code on my phone. My daughter did it in Wichita the same day this dude replied....so why doesn't it work in Salina KS?

  Howdy, Have used this store many times to print users guides for stereos, projectors, lawn and garden equipment. Just email them the user's guide in .pdf format. My jobs were done the next day. Last job was an Onkyo AV receiver. 159 pages. Got it set up perfect now. Staff is friendly and professional. Thanks for being there. Randy M

  My review is toward a driver who delivers packages To Lindsborg, in the neighborhood of Bethany Village, the driver turned his volume all the way up when he saw my employees of hispanic descent and whatever he was listening to was spewing hate towards immigrants, just being prejudice and racist. Now why would he turn his volume all the way up after he parked and saw my employees? If it was music, its a different story but it was blatantly spilling hate towards immigrants and bashing them. Unacceptable behavior, unprofessional.

  I cannot believe the incompetence at this Salina facility! My daughter ordered live animals TWICE in one week OVERNIGHT SHIPMENT, and both times they were left in a hot truck and were DEAD!! And good luck trying to talk to the manager because i guess she hides. The second time the girl working also said my daughter could pick them up tomorrow, but could NOT go to the distribution facility there in Salina. We finally got a phone number and address and she went there and YES, you can go there and get packages! The animals had been dead for awhile. Ridiculous. Reply to “Bryan’s” comments: What??? Yes, this IS the location where my daughter was supposed to pick up her packages!! You did not know that?
