  Very helpful. I've never had to use FedEx for shipping anything. The young lady that helped me was very nice. I couldn't find the tab on the app to print the label so we went through it together and problem solved.

  Will not likely EVER ship with fedex again. They accepted a package with a po box on it (my fault) but then would not give me my package back

  I’m very disappointed with the service. Our package has been marked “out for delivery” three separate times from the Salina, Kansas location, yet it has still never been delivered. It’s frustrating to keep waiting at home expecting a delivery that never arrives, with no clear explanation or communication. I hope FedEx addresses this issue and improves the reliability of deliveries in this area.
