  I did a mobile order and when I came home and took a bite the sandwiches weren’t made correctly, all my husbands spice was in my sandwich and his had all my topping in it. I called, and the sweet girl instantly offered to remake them for us! She was polite and professional! We never usually have troubles when we eat there, and even with the little mishaps tonight, it was still great because of how nice the worker was!

  They will lie and cheat you out of your money. I ordered a Titan Turkey sandwich and they made me a regular turkey, but charged me for the Titan.

  The 2 teenagers working in there, both have hair hanging down in their faces, no hats on to make sure no hair falls in your food....they are slow, rude, lack any social skills and acted like me being there to order food was a major inconvenience to them. If customers don't buy your products, you don't get paid! If you don't work, you don't get paid! Be polite and courteous to those who DO work hard and solicit your establishment. If you can learn to appreciate a job making sandwiches, you can appreciate the next career move you get. Appreciation, dedication, motivation for the promotions in life.

  For the first time in the almost 2 years that we have been going to the Rose Hill Subway, this is the first time that we have been dissatisfied. There were 3 employees working, one that appeared to be a manager, a young lady and a young man. The boy was obviously very new and the "manager" was too concerned about moping the floors and breaking down the drink station (tea and lemonade) to offer him assistance. Upon arriving home we discovered that my husband's steak and cheese sandwich, that was made prior to my arrival as it was an online order, wasn't made correctly The steak was ice cold and items had been added that we didn't choose. I get that they were made by someone new but where was his trainer?
