  Employees seem better trained at over charging customers than making sandwiches. The adds say $4.99 6in sub of the day. Another says make it a foot long for $3 more. When my sandwich was $11 and change, the lady explained to me how it isn't the same promo. And agreed with me they are going out of their way to deceive the customers as their marketing scheme. And if you want it made right, you have to go in and watch them.....had to convince my artist to turn around and look in the cooler, where, if you can believe it, she did find more spinach. And this is all par for the course nowadays.

  The food was everywhere and the entirety of the sandwich was covered in sauce. Every mobile order we have ordered, gets messed up. Horrible and careless service.
