  I don't get too frustrated with establishments because I know it is hard to find help. My family had been on the road for several hours and most of them wanted Subway. So we hunted the one down in Parsons, Kansas. 3 adults and 3 children. We walked out. I'm not sure how long I stood there but it was way too long. We were told they'd be with us as soon as they could. There were doordash orders that apparently took priority over the customer who was standing there waiting to order. 🙄 Uhhh....customer service 101 has been failed. The restaurant was clean and cold. The bathrooms were usable. Just wish the customer service would have been at least a 3 star rating.

  I ordered a toasted sandwich it was not toasted and it did not have the bacon I ordered either. I also ordered 4 cookies and only got three. Would not recommend if you were about to starve.

  This was the worst Subway I have ever been in. As soon as I walked in the door they started telling me they were out of everything as if they didn't even want a customer. Once I looked at all of the food smeared all over the counters and how gross it was behind the counter I decided it was in my best interest to leave and not risk being sick in the middle of the night. I wouldn't ever send anyone to this Subway. They need to fire everyone and start over!!

  Very sanitized and organized environment. Employees are very kind. The food is properly stored and served, using state of the art storage devices and sanitation methods by manufacturers of Subway Inc.. Acceptable prices. The food is very good, with many options of what to order and put in your food. A very calm and relaxing air that is kid friendly. And no one minds if you make a mess out of tour delicious meal.
