  The Dakota behind the counter has phenomenal customer service, helped my daughter with her order and totally took care us when we made a mistake with our order, this was our first time but after today we will definitely be back!

  Try to place a carry out over the phone, my 16.99 combo was almost $24. When I asked how that's possible. The kid laughed and said oh you asked for sauce on the side, that's how we make our money. So if you toss my wings in the same sauce that I asked for on the side, it's cheaper than getting it on the side. Considering it's less work for the employees to not toss them and either way you're using the same amount of sauce why the extra charge? So I canceled the order and walk in to order it and it's magically $4 cheaper. Needless to say I did not place the order. Ridiculous. customer service doesn't even deserve the one star. It's crazy that myself someone who works in customer service as well. Service like this all over the place now. I have never in 26 years in the service industry acted like this towards a guest ever. It's sad.

  Absolutely the best experience I’ve had at the chain. Staff was pleasant and friendly which is not always the case at some of the other locations. Store was clean and service was quick. My only complaint is for the nation’s largest wing chain their mild buffalo sauce has favor tastes like an ounce of buffalo sauce mixed with several ounces of artificial popcorn butter flavoring .

  Anthony and his team gave me super good fries and chicken and he was super nice and easy to talk to it’s cool finally having normal interactions with people it’s hard to find nowadays
