  I rarely feel compelled to leave a review but the front desk lady was passive aggressive and rude. Did not get her name, older white lady with a bob. Im very understanding when someone is having a bad day, but considering she was kind to everyone else that walked in, makes me feel like this was personal or based on some kind of prejudice. At the end of the day, I got what I needed but I could do without the bitter attitude, if you can't treat customers equally and pleasantly, please don't take a customer service position from someone who can. I hope this was a rare incident, but definitely leaves a terrible impression.

  We've had two terrible experiences with the grey haired old lady behind the counter now. First time, my Amazon return was again delivered to my house because she didn't put a new shipping label on the package. The second time I was next in line and she told their worker to skip serving me. I won't give them a third chance, too many other options.

  Do not use the notary services here. The notary forgot to date the form and it has cascaded into multiple small issues (naturally). The store is a good location and has a good atmosphere but UPS still charged me and the price was higher this time, a month later. Thanks

  I highly recommend the UPS store at 9218 Metcalf. I will go out of my way to go to drop my packages off here. They are so nice, efficient, and helpful!

  This has one of the best people in the world working at it. My son left his childhood stuffed animal at a hotel in Overland Park. We live on the other side of the country, and we were unable to go back to get it. The hotel adamantly refused to send it to us, leaving my son in tears for weeks. We offered to pay people, called other nearby hotels, and even put an ad on Craigslist. No one was able to help return it to us. While calling around, we reached several FedEx and UPS locations that refused to pick it up for us. When we called this location, Ryan Brewer answered and simply said he’d be happy to help. He didn’t push, didn’t make us feel guilty, and even called the hotel to schedule pickup. My son had been praying every night that his stuffed animal would somehow come back to him. Ryan was kind enough to return it, and my son hasn’t stopped smiling. Ryan is one of the kindest employees I’ve ever met, and I’m incredibly thankful for his willingness to help.
