  If you choose to use this location, make sure you get pick up times in writing. I needed to ship an item and it needed to be there by Thursday. I shipped my item on Tuesday because they told me they still had a pick up that day from USPS and my item would make it on time. The last pickup had already passed, so my item did not get picked up until Wednesday meaning it won’t be delivered until Monday, three days after it needed to be there. I even specifically asked if I should I go to the post office down the road so that I can make sure it gets out today, and she was adamant it would be no problem as they still had a pick up. Now the item is being delivered to an Airbnb the recipient is checking out of on Saturday. It’s a very expensive item and I have no way of getting it back. When I called, they tried to blame it on USPS, but the problem was the flat out lie they told me about the pick up being later in the day. I would’ve absolutely gone down the street had I realized the employees here were so inadequately knowledgeable on their own processes.

  This UPS is run awesomely. Team members that help you and don’t make you feel like you’re bothering them to be there. Working hard to keep things quick but quality driven. Very nice lady with glasses that always has a fun, upbeat attitude that is ready to help.
