    My package arrived late although I paid $200 extra for guaranteed second day air. They refused to refund me for the extra I paid and they had no idea how to file a proper claim. Edited to add: I already tried to file a claim. I wouldn’t be leaving a negative review if I had not exhausted all avenues to try to get help.
