  Food is fine but seriously these are the slowest workers I’ve ever seen in my life. No urgency at all. Took 20 min before I even got to order my sandwich and there were only 4-5 people in front of me

  We came in on a lazy Sunday afternoon for a light lunch. Now we’ve been to a lot of different subways but I will say we had the most delightful experience. The cashier named Winter, who helped us, was so nice. I always think it’s worth mentioning when you get great service and she did an amazing job. Great guest experiences is what keeps businesses going and she definitely hit that mark. Thank you winter.

  Missing item on Uber Eats. Called and spoke with Jeffrey. Responded with a sarcastic tone of “Oh, I forgot your (little) cookie.” Jeffrey, it may be just a cookie to you but a little bit of empathy keeps customers coming back. You just lost one.
