    I ordered online pick up on 4/14 around 7:55pm, and while they were out of stock of quite a bit of items and online wouldn’t show that, I was happy to substitute it but the guy that was working there was extremely rude, no hello nothing, he basically threw my food on the counter with no words, he was also muttering while he was packing, I was super friendly substitited my cookies and he already made my sandwich with a different bread and I was okay with that if the customer service was decent, I will never go to this location and let everyone know, And I was understanding that they didn’t have ice assuming they were gonna close in 30 mins but they guy didnot say anything just slammed my cups .

    Guy working there was extremely rude and off putting. Seemed like he just didn’t want to be there and was being forced to make our sandwiches. Not sure if he was being rude because we weren’t white but honestly felt drained after being in his presence

    Got a couple subs delivered.. to my neighbors apartment instead of mine. Neither one was toasted, extra options are non existent, and I had literally a pinch on lettuce( maybe a single leaf) on my footlong. 🥲 next time I’ll order from further away I suppose.

    Extremely unprofessional! Stole my money and ignored my order ​I had an appalling experience at this location. I placed a pickup order through the app at 8:00 PM (well before their 10:00 PM closing time) and arrived at 8:05 PM to collect it. As I walked up, the worker literally ran out and locked the door right in front of me, despite knowing I had an order waiting. ​I tried calling the store immediately, but they hung up on me. To make matters worse, the app marked my order as "Picked Up" the next day, which is a complete lie. My subway charge to my Credit Card was never reversed by the owner, which he should have refunded me. I tried to reache out to Subway’s online customer service, but they have provided zero solutions or refunds. ​I was charged for food I never received, and the staff's behavior was incredibly disrespectful. Avoid this location! They will take your money and lock the doors on you!
