  This is the best Subway in Overland Park KS. The staff is awesome. Their service is the best. I go out of my way to ho to this Subway.

  I was disappointed with my experience at this Subway location. I found a hair in my sandwich and politely brought it to the employee’s attention. Instead of addressing my concern professionally, he was rude and dismissive. Finding a hair in food is unacceptable, but the poor customer service made the situation even worse. I hope management addresses both the food quality and customer service issues.

  None of their veggies were fresh, tomatoes wilted, lettuce brown, onions mushy. I ordered a cold cut combo (ham,bologna, salami) it only had ham and bologna. Employees were kind and friendly. Store was clean.
