I wanted to think (Richard)! I came in as a first time customer looking for the engine air filter on my 2010 Chevy Camaro. I Had difficulty locating one… He looked it up, and although he did not have one in store, he arranged to have one delivered to his store. He helped me install it, explaining to me what I needed to know about the installation and help me clean in and around it to maximize its benefits. That additional time and attention to customer service was so valuable for me! I truly appreciate it.

Richard was amazing. I have shopped here in the past because they not only sell automotive light bulbs & windshield wipers but they can install them for you too. I needed a new blinker indicator bulb today which they had in stock, he consulted with me about the proper wattage & brightness & then removed the old burned out bulb to install the new one. Excellent customer service!
