  So, yesterday, I was looking for a 60 amp fuse to run to the trolling motor battery on my bass boat. I had bought the circuit breaker and fuse from this location several years ago and had some trouble finding the circuit breaker, but they were able to order it for me previously so I knew they had the 60 amp fuses to go along with it. I called at about 6:55 (a few minutes before they closed) and asked if they had 60 amp fuses in stock. The person I talked to acted like I was speaking in French and said they didn’t have any such fuses like that in stock or in their catalog to be ordered. I told him I had the broken fuse or blown fuse in my hand and could bring it by to show them just to make sure we knew what we were talking about and while we’re on the phone, I was driving and was maybe a minute away from their shop and it became 7 o’clock on the dot or maybe 701 and the guy basically told me hey we’re closed … You’re gonna have to deal with this tomorrow. Despite the fact that by the time he said that I was in his parking lot. Not the best customer service at all. Today I went into the store and confirmed that they did in fact have the 60 amp fuses. Long story short I told the guy that found the fuse somewhere else the night before and I will never buy anything from Carquest again.

  The staff at this location is the best. Actual parts people and very helpful on getting what you need and ask for. Helped out many times in need on older vehicles.
