  Excellent customer service from LeeAnn! She was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful when we stopped in for car parts. She took the time to answer our questions, made sure we got the right fit, and was incredibly pleasant in helping us.   We are so grateful for LeeAnn’s help with getting new windshield wipers! She was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable, and even went out in the rain to help us as well as the customers ahead of us. She cheerfully told us she didn’t mind and was happy to help. We really appreciated her willingness to go above and beyond, especially since we weren’t sure what we were doing. Outstanding customer service; we couldn’t be more pleased with our experience.

  Needed to change my key fob batteries. Asked the price and if they would replace it. Customer service showed me how he opens his key fob which was a completely different car. Left without a battery and never was informed of the price. The worker didn't bother to look up the battery or assist me to even find the correct one. O Reilly is wayyy better assistance and that's why I go to them and gave up on advance auto years ago. I was in the area of this store and a key fob Battery seemed to be simple request to get assistance for... but I guess not This happened today may 20th around 6:45 with a African American male worker. It wasn't busy I was 1 of 2 customers.

  They no longer take waste oil. Pretty sad for a car shop that used to take it. They'll sell it to your new , but they won't take the old.... I guess we're left to just throw it in the backyard and let it go into the ground.
