  This place absolutely SUCKS. At least FOUR times I have ordered food from here via Uber Eats and items are completely missing, and this most recent time I ordered an 8 piece wings with garlic sauce and got a SIX piece wing combo with their hottest sauce. Under NO circumstances should you order from their godawful night shift and ALWAYS check your bag before leaving the store, as the people working there clearly have no intention of giving you what you actually ordered.

  I had an excellent experience at the Wingstop in Olathe. The staff was by far the best part of my visit—they were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive from the moment I walked in. Everyone worked together efficiently, kept a positive attitude, and made sure my order was correct. It’s clear they care about providing great customer service, and that really made the experience stand out. The food was also fantastic. Everything came out fresh, hot, and full of flavor. The wings were cooked perfectly, the fries were seasoned just right, and my order was prepared exactly as requested. I would recommended everyone to try this location! Especially the Lemon Pepper seasoning!

  Overall, solid place. Sometimes will use DoorDash from this place as it the closest Wingstop from me, but seriously, you guys need to check your orders and give out the drinks to the dashers. Common problem at this location.
