  I got the barbeque tenders, I ate them and I got food poisoning. I violently threw up and had diarrhea.

  Wings are obviously good, but I got the cheese fries and they were disappointing. They were kind of soggy and had barely any cheese on them. The cheese is also not great....reminded me of canned nachos cheese from dollar tree.

  I placed my order 3 hours in advance and still waited over an hour after arriving to receive my food. After waiting for over an hour, I was finally told that they had run out of wings. There was absolutely no communication with customers about the issue or the delay. Meanwhile, people who came in after me, placed their orders, and were served much faster than I was. I was told that I would receive a refund, but it has now been over a week and I still have not received it. The issue has apparently had to be escalated to corporate. The manager I have been speaking with told me that her boss’s response was, verbatim, “Tough luck, she got her food and is not getting a refund.” That response is extremely unprofessional and disappointing. The issue is not simply that I eventually received my food. I placed my order 3 hours ahead of time, waited over an hour, was only then informed that they had run out of wings, received no communication about the delay, and was subsequently told I would receive a refund. It has now been over a week, and instead of honoring what I was told, I am being told that I am not getting a refund. I will continue escalating this issue because I do not believe this is an appropriate way to treat a customer or handle a situation that your staff already agreed to resolve.

  As i was sitting down drinking my drink and eating my fries that a chubby blonde mexican guy served me named lucas, he was very polite. I saw a female general manager blonde and short scream and lash out towards a door dash delivery guy, for asking for proper coverings for the drinks. It seemed very disrespectful, will never be eating here again. Their system is also always down so we had to place online.

  I ordered my meal online. And shortly thereafter I had an email saying that my order was ready. I arrived at the location to have the employee tell me that despite the fact that it said it was ready even the board in the store they were still waiting on my fries. Several minutes later another customer comes in whose order on the board says it too is ready is told they are waiting for his fries. I personally don't think it's a good idea to tell customers that their food is ready when it indeed is not
