  I I was informed over the phone that I couldn’t place an order for pickup, claiming that only WingStop’s app is accepted. I had previously ordered by phone and had always requested extra sauce for my wings. They never failed to deliver it. However, I didn’t have time to order through the app, so I decided to go in-store. To my surprise, the staff there also insisted that I order through the app. I questioned why this was the case, but they simply ignored me. A few days later, I tried ordering again through the app, picked up my order, and headed home. To my dismay, the wings were dry and lacked any sauce. It’s frustrating that I had to be in-store to have my order corrected, even though I hadn’t left the store yet. I would have preferred to do their job and check my order myself. This incompetence was even more frustrating when there was no one else in the store. .

  They told me I couldn’t place an order inside and then said have a nice day and walked away from the counter. I left a complaint with Wingstop feedback because of their comment below 👇and they never got back with me

  We had a horrible experience! This was only one order. How hard could it be ..RIGHT? It was to be ready at 5:09 pm it was ordered and paid for online so she couldnt just leave it. Finally got it after 6 pm. I called and was given excuse after excuse! I ended up hanging up on her because the call was going nowhere. THE GIRL ON THE PHONE DID SAY THE MANAGER WAS NOT THERE. We had groceries in the car and they were warm when we finally got home. We usually go to Canes but one of the kids wanted Wingstop. It won't happen again. Shame on them making us wait an hour after pickup when you ordered early so it would be ready. Making excuses doesn't help when you have 300 dollars worth of groceries in the car. BEWARE!

  The fact that you have to order online even while wanting to dine in is SO GHETTO ! Also the fact that it’ll take 40 mins REGARDLESS of pickup, dine in, or delivering is BEYOND ME !! And if yall have only one person working in the establishment maybe it’s time to consider closing the store 🤷🏽‍♀️ Thank you for coming to my Ted Talk.
