  #2098. Rob & Jenny were so helpful. Did copies, did fax of documents to State of KS. I am 82 & very hard to do this on my own. I so appreciate these two employees. Thank you.

  I had no idea where I could get notaries done. Ryleigh (I think thats spelled wrong) made it quick and painless. In and out in under 5 minutes

  You need to get a scanner in your store. Notaries have to have a receipt. Many notaries are older. Standing in line is excruciating for me. I waited 10 minutes because you had one employee. I should have been able to scan, print my receipt and go. How many handicapped people are in this world? Have a heart. It's basically a one time expense for you. But it's daily agony for us.

  If I could give this store negative stars I would. I went in to ship some golf clubs to Columbia, Mo. Sales person asked how I wanted to ship them. I said the cheapest way possible. They are already boxed up and ready to go. All I need is to pay for a shipping label. His response was $140+ dollars. It does not cost that much money to ship a package. He then said $110 would get it there in 5-7 days. So now it’s some kind of negotiation trying to get you to pay as much as they can get you to pay. I had a few choice words that I shouldn’t have said but I’m not stupid enough to pay that. I left and went home and printed my own shipping label from the ups app for $13.12. These stores are robbing people.
