  I won't hold you, ai was a little upset when the store sold a couple years ago and all the old staff was gone in a blink of a eye but I still come because its closest to my business. I have been impressed at the speed of which they get customers in and out lately though.. and I decided to write a review because today I went in with a difficult printing order for an event I'm having and Kyri did an amazing job of helping me think through the best solution on how to get this printed. They definitely calmed my anxiety with this project. 🤞🏼 its not going to cost me a million dollars but they were great this morning and very patient with me.

  ATTN: UPS! Of your 460,000 Employees, worldwide, the top 1% works here at this location and her name is Nikki who solved all my copy problems today this Sunday afternoon 7/19/26! After stopping at another UPS store, the clerk there was not able to do anything that I needed done today before I left town. At this location at 135th and Mur-Len in Olathe, Nikki offered multiple solutions and choices each and every time to take care of my each of my challenging goals and copy work that is an incredibly important project for me personally. ATTN: UPS! If all of your employees had the positive, cheerful and “can do” attitude that Nikki has, you would become a $1 trillion corporation overnight! And with her skill level, I’m assuming that she’s already a manager????? Because I really like UPS, I want to see you prosper as a company so please take this wise suggestion. You should offer Nikki a career position where she can train new managers over a multi state region. That is where her skill level should be used and you can thank me later! And today Nikki, I thank you for your incredible skill and for your positive and helpful attitude!
