Rick and his team do a great job helping customers! Highly recommend using this UPS store!
I have been very disappointed recently in the customer service. From early closes to misplaced packages, it has generally gone significantly downhill over the last month or 2.
On 4/18, I went in about 10 minutes prior to closing and found a locked door, all lights off and nobody inside. Like they closed up and left early.

Have some copies made and I made very unwelcome and this elderly looking lady seemed annoyed for what ever reason, she did not like when I asked a question, was rude , she cld not make the machine work after shutting it off, after which she told me to go some other place to have my copies done. I understand if the machine does not work and it’s okay. But her whole attitude was just uncalled for.

Delivery went well but customer service could be better. Walked in and I was the only customer but was not greeted. One lady was too busy singing Celine Dion (badly) to assist, and another lady was too occupied with her phone. A gentleman was working but he stopped what he was doing to assist me after saying " I don't know why they are just standing there."
They were having problems weighing my package but got it figured out and they were able to send it and it did arrive on time to my destination.

Usually the people at this store are so nice! Today was definitely different and the manager was completely off her marbles. She couldn’t assist me because her emotions got the best of her. I was not raising my voice at her nor blaming her for not knowing where my package was.
I called to ask if they could please locate my package because two days ago a young man was not able to give me a receipt with my tracking number so, i called. The manager was extremely rude, so much that she even hung up on me although I told her I was not yelling at her nor mad at her at all, I just needed to know if I should email the store where my packaged was being returned to, explain the situation and receive an extension so I could still receive my refund (I’m on a 7 day timing here).
This is a little comical because this woman is a manager and she genuinely freaked out on me in 2 seconds with no motive at all. I understand that you were busy but to yell at me and tell me “you’re out of luck” for not giving me a receipt, is out of line. If you see this please calm down next time and get some serious help lol
Seriously? Rick, I understand your manager was grieving, but that was a very passive aggressive response. Keep your manager and the snotty teenage girl up front who was also rude and DID NOT explain that my package was a USPS tracking and not UPS until the second time I called. The young girl i talked to first barely let me get a word in before assuming i was returning an Amazon package. I tried telling her i emailed them my label during the first call and they didn’t listen— until the second call. Believe who you want, I just know the 10 others and myself under these reviews aren’t lying about how horrible your management is. This is our local UPS store, we deserve better…
