This UPS location has always exceeded my expectations with friendly and helpful staff. Today, I needed fingerprinting services done, which this location offered in alignment with the screening service I needed. The gentleman employee that helped me with my fingerprinting was extremely kind and patient with me- I have trouble with joint mobility in my fingers, and have difficulty moving my fingers correctly onto the digital reader. This compassionate employee helped to reposition my fingers and correct the error on the reader countless times to help me achieve a readable result. I am very grateful for his patience and appreciate the consistent excellence in service this location offers.

Jackie and her team are the best! I always come in with a LOT of Amazon returns and they are so friendly, patient and helpful. They don’t make me feel like a burden and they always put me in such a good mood! I have been to other UPS stores and this location is always my favorite. Jackie seems like a great leader and they always seem to have good staff there as well!
