  Came in to get a form notarized, and was rudely told that notary services stopped at 6pm at this location. The lady said it unnecessarily loudly and in a rude tone with no apology or hint of sympathy. Also, why doesn’t it say anywhere online that there are unique notary hours to begin with, not to mention the hours themselves? Horrible experience and a waste of time.

  Jackie is the supervisor at the UPS store I go to. She always greets me with a friendly smile. She is knowledgeable and efficient.

  Jackie and Elayna were both extremely helpful. I needed something notarized and printed. They not only printed what I needed in a super timely manner, but they helped me understand what was being notarized. They were very kind and patient with me. I highly recommend this store!

  I visited the UPS Store off 159th & Mur-Len in Olathe, KS last week and I feel that the UPS Customer Service Associate, Christy, went way above and beyond to help me! I needed to return a big, heavy, bulky item to Amazon. It was not an easy item to return. It was a large, motorized scooter my ex husband purchased for our son that had a defective battery. I had a difficult time re-packaging it. I didn’t realize I needed unscrew the handle bars to get it back in the box. Christy graciously helped me get them unscrewed. I didn’t come prepared, I forgot to bring tools! She got tools from the back of the store and helped me get them unscrewed so it would fit back in the box! She was so patient and kind! It is people like her that make a big difference in our world! Kindness makes all the difference! Thank you so much, Christy for ALL your help! I think this particular store in general is ALWAYS AWESOME! It’s always clean, the staff is always friendly, and the flow is always fast and efficient! This location is by far way better than the one off of 135th & Mur-Len.
