  Stephan at FedEx was absolutely outstanding. I came in needing overnight shipping for my mother and passport photos done, and the store was incredibly busy with a packed house and a long line. Despite the pressure, Stephan remained calm, professional, and kind throughout the entire process. He worked methodically and efficiently, never making anyone feel rushed while still keeping the line moving quickly. He was thorough, diligent, and extremely helpful, making sure everything was handled correctly. Customer service like this is rare these days, and Stephan truly went above and beyond. Highly recommend this FedEx location because of employees like him! FEdEx Olathe on Black Bob, awesome job and thanks Stephan!
