  I absolutely appreciate this location and their outstanding customer service. The manager and entire staff always take great care of my online purchases and packages without any issues. Everyone is incredibly friendly, and their exceptional service is what keeps me coming back as a loyal, repeat customer. I should have posted this review much sooner!

  Brandon is the absolute best! I drive by a FedEx that is a stones throw from where I am to go to this store. He absolutely will work as hard as he can to get what you need done while being the most genuinely kind person. He is top tier customer service! I have been under some tight deadlines and he is always right there to help me navigate what can be done and done well. Every time I walk in there he always makes me feel like really appreciated and that my order is very important, even if it's a small order. And it's not just me, when I am in line I see him deliver the same warm professionalism to others. I have had amazing customer service from Josie and Marilou also. Marilou,has a long history knowing her stuff as she ran a different print/ship place I frequented. She has been so helpful to me and is kind. Josie has great customer service, I haven't really collaborated on a project with Josie yet but have picked up orders and paid with Josie. Very nice and always eager to help. I greatly appreciate this location for the variation of the items I can have printed, their communication, the quality, and especially the outstanding customer service and friendly faces. Thank you!

  This is my first time at this location and I have to say I’m very impressed with the customer service here. Marilou is the definition of true humanity. My business cards came out excellent and I hope this establishment keeps good people like her around because the world could stay a better place and business will thrive that way. Good rep is a win!
