  I purchased a new iPhone 13 and I got some of the best customer service from a young lady she was very knowledgeable very helpful and very patient with me thanks again

  This store is horrible the girl acted like she didn't even want to help me add a line to my account she kept telling me that my phone needed a virtual SIM card and that I needed to call customer service I called customer service customer service told me I needed an actual SIM card. It was like she didn't want to do her job. This isn't the first time it's happened this place is horrible with customer service in person unless you're Hispanic if you're Hispanic they will walk around the store show you all the products hook you up basically. But if you don't appease to their appeal they want nothing to do with you this place is trash
