  While this restaurant looks clean inside the TA, unfortunately the 3 people working behind the sandwich bar were unfriendly to my family of 6. We have been traveling 6 hours and were ready to eat and let the kids stretch their legs (ages 4, 3, 18 mo, and infant). My kids were so happy and naturally had some pent up energy but were being respectful. The girl with the blue hair showed little tolerance let alone kindness and scolded our children for being loud. We hushed our kids to finish our order and the older lady then said there were better places to let them blow off steam. To be clear, we weren’t letting subway be the place our kids blew off steam but went in there first to get our food. We decided after that, it wasn’t worth it to eat in the subway and took our food on the road. I think for a place like this that’s clearly meant as a rest stop, you have to expect families are traveling and show them basic kindness. We are nice family and we’re made to feel very unwelcome. I wouldn’t want other families to feel this way after already figuring for their lives in a minivan on the road with 4 littles.

  This place is real stingy with the ingredients like you asked for extra. They only give you like one or two pieces like if I’m gonna spend $15 on a sandwich at least give me the stuff that I asked for.

  Stopped in after getting fuel ⛽️ at the travelers center. The 3 men behind the counter on 8/2 evening, were exceptionally kind. The young man with the blond hair, buzzed on the sides, was VERY patient, and socialable. The food was organized, entire location was clean.

  The older lady with glasses was very rude! She was yelling and using inappropriate language in front of guest!

  I would very much like for the owner to reach out to me via my email. You have a young lady working there named Bri who seriously needs more training in customer service. When I asked for her name so that I could call the manager and visit with him, she refused to give me her name which tells me everything I needed to know
