  By far the absolute worst UPS store I've ever been in. Rude staff, won't provide owner's contact info, and provide fake or no names when asked. Absolutely do not recommend stopping here, even if it seems convenient. Do yourself a favor and spin by FedEx office across the street or drive five minutes to a 100% better UPS store at Corinth. Based on my experience, this location is a poor representation of the UPS brand.

  Was supposed to get my package today. Drover didn't seem to wait long after knocking our door and driver kept driving even after my sister opened the door and made eye contact with him while he was driving off. Now I have to wait till Monday to get it

  I'm just calling to see if they have a fax machine. It's a simple yes or no. The guy keeps answering the phone saying to hold. Why do I need to hold for 30mins to answer a simple question. I call back and he says he has 20 ppl in front of him. He could of answered my question with a yes or no rather than saying all that. They clearly need more ppl to help or need to learn how to multi-task. It's not that hard!!!

  I was there for some Amazon returns. Seemed much less helpful than other UPS stores I’ve been to. I just picked up my stuff and left to go to a different location.
