  Visited on May 10th, 2026 at 6:00 PM CST. Worst Subway around. Slowest and extreme lack of service. Ordered through the drive thru then they didn’t even have the order. Repeated the order and waited another 15 minutes with NO ONE coming to the window to say a word but they sure did look at us outside waiting. Didn’t get any food, just left. Thank goodness I didn't pay or I would have went inside and demanded a manager. Absolutely ridiculous. Won’t go back. Ever.

  I came into this subway today i am from out of state this is the best subway that i have been to .. the 2 workers on monday may 25 a male and a female . Those two individuals are kind hearted . Wonderful attitudes .. the place was super clean .. i walked in having a bad day and grumpy in the matter of 10 mins i walked out with a better attitude .. thank you you guys !! So much .. i wish i got your names .. you two are special people please dont ever change .. the world would be a better place if their were more like you two .. !!

  They added a drive-thru a while back. I've been to other subways that did this, and it seems they normally adjust their sandwich line accordingly so that wait times are not affected. Apparently the McPherson store just added the drive-thru and left it at that. The result is very poor service. Went in last week and waited about 20 minutes with only a few people in line. People behind me left. The indoor line would be put on pause for long periods of time to attend to the window. I'd like to emphasize that it wasn't due to the employees working at the time---they were moving as fast as they could. The setup was just too much for them to run effectively and customers were not pleased with the result. Management might want to re-think their approach, as I probably will avoid them next time.
