  Just bought a sandwich and my chicken was frozen. When I told the employee he told the other lady and she said oh well. Crappy food terrible service. Dead mice outside the door. Crappy experience

  Never had a problem or concern with my sandwiches, but I tried to use a coupon that I had received in the mail and was told they don't take coupons in the drive through. How is that any different than me going inside and you accepting it? The coupon clearly stated it was only not accepted for delivery. I should have told them I didn't want the sandwich. The only reason I went there was because I had the coupon and then they refused to honor it. Adding this to my list of places I won't eat again. Sorry not sorry Subway.
