  Best Subway in the Midwest! Cynthia knows the regulars and always knows your order! She’s quick, professional, and no nonsense when it comes to making your perfect sandwich! The store is always spotless clean and well taken care of. I enjoy coming in each time!

  Place an order for delivery. Sweet onion teriyaki. I got a meatball sub instead not even close. The receipt was correct on the bag but the sandwich wasn't even close! Sorry but I dont like meatball sub. I tried calling the store to correct this but after several attempts it seems they won't answer.

  Horrible service ! The manager lady is so rude and talks to you like ur dumb ….. the food is good but she needs to learn how to be respectful I feel so bad for the workers in there she is always so hateful to them !!!! Will definitely be going to the north side subway from now on !

  8/23/26 8pm skinny girl in all black with a lot of makeup was the rudest employee I have ever came across in an eating establishment! She has no respect. Horrible customer service!

  Called to ask a simple question, the guy who answered was so rude and hung up on me mid sentence. Typically I do mobile orders yet most of the time, the orders are made incorrectly. The African American lady is very sweet though & always is very kind with a polite attitude. She is the only reason I keep ordering at this location. The other staff might need a wake up call and could take some pointers from her personality instead.
