  Horrible customer service today. I shipped a camera body to canon today and had a discount code with my CPS services. The agents couldn’t tell me if my discount applied and didn’t seem to care to find out. I was frustrated because that is a large discount that I would like to know was applied. At one point the agent said well you don’t have to ship it like that was the solution. He had attitude towards me and said “like I said” more than once and was not accommodating to say the least. I will for sure go out of my way to never go to this store again. Yikes.

  First time they sent me to voicemail. Second time does not pick up phone but you can hear them whisper & the receiver clicking a few times when the call goes through, so they send you to a voicemail prompt. Very unprofessional.

  I don’t usually write reviews, but in this case, I felt it was necessary. I have been frequenting this location for over ten years, and while I’ve seen many employees come and go, Dana has been a consistent standout. Over the years, I’ve had the pleasure of getting to know her during my visits. She is a true "go-getter" and an incredibly hard worker. Her deep knowledge of her role and her eagerness to assist both customers and coworkers are the primary reasons I choose this location over others. Dana is truly the anchor of this establishment, keeping things running smoothly and efficiently.
