  Route management is terrible every time I get a package and it goes thru ups they get close to my house right at the end of the road I live on then go over the complete opposite way and back track down the same roads I also work as a driver and have been watching the live tracking and whoever is in charge of routes needs a different job also my package is always a per 3 to 4 hours late past the estimated time whoever is in charge of that also needs a new job if I had a choice I would never use ups but I’m not the seller but everytime I see it’s thru ups I know it’s going to be late and not to trust what they tell me about tracking updates even Amazon has better and more reliable delivery my whole family is tired of ups and the terrible service

  Devin at the front is an absolute gem. Don’t leave him a bad review because your package showed up late. Not Devin’s fault.

  Convenient and friendly and quick. I got a photo copy, a passport photo, a book of stamps, a notary signature and mailed my letter. only downside was i felt like they were trying to sell me a shipping that i didn't need and i had to talk them down from $30 to $15 for my letter i needed send USPS "certified".
