I was having a horrible day. But, I had to run to the FedEx Office store to print off a document, fill it out, an fax it to a debt collector for the IRS (YAY! 🙄). I am having a bad lupus flare-up right now too (YIPPEE! 😮💨). So, I did something embarrassing, went to the store in sweats and house slippers. 😬
Yet, dispute my wet-hood-rat appearance, Rajif, Melissa, and Annie greeted me as soon as I came in the door, with kind voices and lovely smiles. They were kind to every customer in the store. I didn't have to wait for service.
Rajif immediately assisted me in having a document emailed to FedEx Office, and had it printed out, and faxed it for me.
Then Melissa helped me pick out the correct size box for some things I needed to ship off. She gave me a cost estimate, and then taped the box up for me, packed ttr items, made the label and printed it off, and sent it off to shipment for me.
Annie was busy helping another customer (who she was making laugh while they engaged in conversation).
This is by far, the best service I have received from a print/office shop belonging to FedEx, or any company, actually. These employees made my day feel less painful. They all deserve raises! Much love to them. 😊💙
