  Honestly the worst experience I’ve had…..was excited about trying this Wing-stop here but you would have better luck driving to Topeka and getting your order quicker than here. We placed a pick up order and when we arrived to pick it up, they said it was going to be a minute. We could tell they were busy, totally fine! We ended up waiting 30 mins before checking back in. We waited an hour and a half for 20 wings. We were patient and waited until it was ready but couldn’t believe we had waited till they closed down and still waited a bit longer after. Extremely frustrating and inconvenient to us. As we get our order, we realized that instead of ranch we order and paid for……we got 8 blue cheeses? When asked about it, they said they had run out of ranch and were just giving out blue cheeses instead??? Which kind of shocked me considering no one decided to say anything. Would not go back unless I had 2 hours to spare.

  Worst service experience ive ever had in my entire life. I dont see how a place so busy could be so understaffed. They had probably 20+ customers waiting for mobile or in person orders and only one person working. I waited for almost 2 hours to get an extremely simple order and they couldnt cancel my order either so i could just leave. Absolutely ridiculous.

  Horrible experience never on time with your order. Always wrong when you finally get it. On top of that they are rude to you when all you did was order. Why are you mad that you messed it up. Makes 0 sense. For wings and fries everyone seems like they hate working here. I’d assume this is a franchise location as when you search for the store on google it keeps showing me San Antonio Wings LLC. They move locations like it fixed any issues here. Same lackluster customer service and food. Wouldn’t mind the long waits for the order if it was at least correct.
