  The store owner was extremely rude to me. I came in to ship a book and all I needed was the weight and dimensions to get the QR code ready for him to scan and when I asked him what the weight was he told me to figure it out because he had turned the scale around (not like that at other ups stores) for the customer to have to read it. He didn't know the dimensions of the mailer I picked out when I asked, I asked him wasn't that what his job is and he told me that if If I'm not paying for shipping then he doesn't have to lift a finger to do anything. I told him he was lazy and he refused service and starting to quack at me like a duck to show how he didn't care. This kind of behavior from literal store owner shocked me. I have never met someone so rude and lazy before. I can't believe he doesn't even know the sizes of his own mailers in his store. Incredibly unprofessional. I will never go to that store again and I will warn everyone I can about his piss poor attitude. I'm thankful I had witnesses to such disrespect.

  Staff is super helpful and nice when I drop packages off to be shipped. I have had them print a few things for me and they’ve been reasonably priced and quick on turnaround time. They are currently renovating the store and have a very interesting setup at the moment utilizing a trailer in front of the store. The manager said they should be done by the end of the week.

  Everyone here is great and so nice! They are currently under construction right now but are working hard to make sure everyone gets great service as fast as possible. Just wanted to thank them for all they do and for their great service!

  This is the number one shipping printing faxing wrapping shredding place I go. For years. The owners are SO GREAT. SO FRIENDLY. SO KIND. The staff is wonderful and interested in the quality of service they provide. Yesterday they even suggested a wholesome place to grab a burger with friends. Above and beyond. ALWAYS.
