  I'm confused reading some of these negative reviews because I've never had anything but a wonderful and pleasant interaction with all of the employees, they are some of the kindest people that have interacted with and have gladly helped me every time. I think people don't understand that they are only the storefront part of the operation and they're excelling at that.

  I was never opinionated about FedEx until I moved to the South Lawrence area in May. When I moved here, I ordered 3 things worth $400+ from Home Depot who used FedEx to deliver. They said it was delivered, it was not. It took 5 phone calls, a trip to this location, refund claim to Home Depot/contact their team, and over a week of the FedEx claims department “investigating” until I called again and FINALLY one of their employees tells me the GPS location of where it was dropped off (if you have this info, why not reach out to me to tell me? Why did I have to call several times?) … However, you guessed it, they were left no where near my address or similar. When I arrived, there were other packages all around that I assume were just dumped with mine at the same place to save time going building to building. The claims associate said “Sometimes this happens, and they don’t take a picture (mandatory), there’s nothing we can do.” Excellent. Just glad they weren’t stolen & that I’m able-bodied enough to get them back to my place. Now this week, I had a package that was scheduled for delivery between 8-8 on Thursday so I took the day off. It didn’t come until the next day when I wasn’t here. Now the app says it’s been “out for delivery” since 8:07am yesterday (saturday)(26hours ago) & they have not re-assigned a delivery date. I’m just frustrated. What’s the point in tracking your package to plan for it’s arrival… if you can’t track it. Never had these issues with Amazon or UPS.

  With three recent visits to the store to ship items and two phone calls I have received absolutely stellar help. At least three staff members I interacted with have been knowledgeable, friendly, and patient going the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable with complex international and simple domestic shipments. Highly recommend.

  Unprofessional, rude, not capable to check their own work staff. If you complain, they will refuse to provide services :)) They made three major mistakes in one shipping address. They either do not care/do not want to check their work, or not able to check their work, or both. Be aware and be super careful with these individuals if you want your package to be ever delivered where it needs to go.
