I take back the good review. Was sold a defective phone case. They told us to call warranty but since it is a discontinued product they can't replace it. Went back to store, employee said no refunds, only manager can give refund but she wasn't there. Went back next day my husband was refused a refund because it was 8 days since purchase. Really Larissa? Do better. The case was overpriced and defective and your store said tough.
Horrible service. My husband said the employees were rude and condescending.
We had great service. Samantha was so nice and extremely helpful and thorough! She made it so easy for us, thank you!

Nice having local Cricket store but it is always understaffed. Had to wait 30 minutes for the only clerk in the store. (I know it's a first world problem). Employees are always helpful and friendly
Update 5/6/22. 1 year later. It's Saturday, 4 people are waiting for clerk and the people who are getting served are just blabbing about their car, moving, favorite band, basically doing what people do nowadays, share their lives with anyone who will listen whether online or in person. Drop review to 2 stars because it's still understaffed. 😵💫

Easy to set up. They offer great service for the price. You can bring your own phone if not they have a limited selection. Friendly staff. Discounts if you set up auto pay. Hotspot. All around good.
The guy there was very unprofessional. The 1st time I went in, he was playing video games and texting at the same time he was helping me. So the 2nd time(different day) I went in hoping I would get some one else instead of him but he did the same thing. "He told me I don't know how to unlock your phone." He was just there to get paid and not caring to help. So I decided to stay with T-Mobile. Even though I pay 3 times more but I get a better customer service there.
