The People Are Very Polite And Are Incredibly Helpful With The Knowledge To Help Facilitate The Needs Of Their Customers. For Sure The Place I Would Recommend For Auto Part Needs And Such.

Rob went above and beyond to make my experience at Advanced Auto Parts a genuinely positive one. He was careful and meticulous and always mentioned the risks in the assistance he provided, and demonstrated years of experience in helping me navigate an unorthodox battery change. He really saved my bacon today and I'm deeply grateful to him.

Just came in here because my battery died and had to get it jumped by my roadside. Weston and Jackson installed my new battery even though I came in just a few minutes before closing and they were fantastic, I really appreciate them.

They said they won't price match. Instead, it seems they would rather you order a product from a competitor's website (for $75 less), and pick it up from the Advance Auto Parts' store. Wow, what a good way to run a business.
