  Anneliesse at the UPS Store is the real deal. Every time I need to ship something she actually takes the time to figure out the smartest, cheapest way to get it there instead of just ringing me up and sending me on my way. She’s patient, knows her stuff, and never makes you feel rushed. What really sets her apart though is how helpful she’s been when we’ve needed custom stuff for events. She’s put together packaging and presentation materials that looked way more professional than what we could have done ourselves, and she always has good ideas on how to make things work without overcomplicating it. It’s rare to find someone who treats your packages and your projects like they actually matter. Anneliesse does. Highly recommend stopping by and asking for her if you need anything done right.

  Terrible experience. Handed an addressed envelope and asked for a price to ship, was given a price and then when checking out, they increased the price. Doesn’t do any good to get an idea first when they trap you in the middle of the purchase and increase it
