Terrible experience. Handed an addressed envelope and asked for a price to ship, was given a price and then when checking out, they increased the price. Doesn’t do any good to get an idea first when they trap you in the middle of the purchase and increase it

The man working today was rude and unprofessional. I asked him if they switched up the inside because it looked different to me he said no are you okay and told me to go see a doctor. If you cant be nice and professional dont work the front desk.
