  This is a terrible location, not fresh toppings, customer service is optional. Food disappoints, theycalways have issues and they run out of supplies all the time. System has more problems than a milk shake machine from the 1990's

  I ordered a turkey sandwich with mayo, the bread was so dry and stale that the sandwich was inedible. I did call and ask the server when the bread was made and she admitted the bread was made the day before. At the very least the customer should be able to expect fresh bread, toppings and meat items considering the cost of the sandwiches. I did not take a pic of the sandwich but it was very unappetizing.

  Last night, I went to pick up my order which was 80% complete. The mobile order states to toast the bread. I asked the employee was it toasted and she said yes. I asked because it didn't look toasted. I take it home to my husband and it was NOT toasted. Straight up fibbed about it. Wow .......

  So disappointed in your crew tonight. I placed a pick up order for 3 footlong sandwiches. Not only did they skip the toasting on all 3, but they barely put any toppings on any of them. I ordered a 5 meat and 2 BMTs. When they said they were out of roast beef, I asked for extra ham but didnt get it. I've already reached out to corporate. Picture of the skimpy toppings AFTER I toasted it myself. Ridiculous subway!! Do better!
